Everyone wants to keep their pearly whites white and healthy. That can be challenging when we’re constantly surrounded by sugar, and it’s almost Halloween! Which means the kidos are getting excited to dress up and bag a lot of candy. Even though they would love to eat it all in one night, we as parents know that would not be a good idea. Not only do we not want to deal with the behavior that comes with their sugar rush, we also want to protect them (and ourselves) from cavities. So as the weather gets colder and we start to eat more goodies, here’s some tips to help you avoid the dentist this season. So go ahead and sneak that extra snack, we’ve got you covered.
Canker Sores- Frankincense, Myrrh, Lemongrass
Receding Gum Line- Myrrh, Clove
Bad Breath- Peppermint, Cardamom
Sensitive Teeth- Clove + OnGuard
Doterra's OnGuard Toothpaste and mouthwash are a great switch from the typical toothpaste you get from the store. It doesn't have all the toxic chemicals and will do a better job at cleaning your mouth!
*Clove is a “hot” oil so it can be very spicy/uncomfortable for some, so it is suggested diluting it with water or a carrier oil
