It’s back to school season and the holidays are on the way! Whether you're a kid or an adult, it’s a very stressful time of the year. Mental health has really taken a hit the last couple of years. It’s the perfect time to find the solution for you or your loved ones with Pure Essential Oils! No matter who you are, what you do, or what type of lifestyle you have; there’s an oil to help you.
For parents that thought they could finally have a sigh of relief now that their kids are back in school, are now stressing about end of year plans. One of the many citrus oils would be perfect; citrus oils are natural uplifters! Another option are any of the grounding blends, such as Cedarwood, Balance, or Sandalwood. As the name suggests, these oils help you stay grounded in your emotions and thoughts.
Or for the depressed individuals in the workforce and/or going through college. Things can seem repetitive and hopeless. Adaptiv is a great solution for anyone that has depression, anxiety, or bipolar episodes. Adaptiv comes in oil, roll-on, or capsule. I always carry an Adaptiv roll-on in my purse and apply it to my wrists and my neck when I need the pick-me up.
There’s even a kid’s line that helps with emotions. These are naturally diluted for small children. Even though I would suggest these to elementary school and younger, they can still be used and work on adults. Brave, Steady, and Calmer are great options for the kidos. They even come in easy to use roll-ons! Super easy to pack and store in their backpack.
Oil Suggestions:
Citrus Oils-Uplifters (Wild Orange, Citrus Bloom, Clementine, etc.)
Grounding Oils- Calmers (Cedarwood, Balance, Sandalwood, etc.)
Adaptiv (oil, roll-on, and/or softgels)-helps with depression, anxiety, bipolar, etc.
Clary Calm (roll-on)- emotions due to hormones
Balance-calms mind and body
If you really struggle with emotions and need more of an emotional support forward foundation, I would suggest getting one of the Emotional Aromatherapy Kits. These kits have six oils in them to help with different emotions: Motivate, Cheer, Passion, Forgive, Console, and Peace. I’ve found Motivate, Cheer, and Passion great oils for encouragement. I reach for these when I need the extra push to do something. The rest of this set: Forgive, Console, and Peace can help with the emotions that follow an argument or even keeping our mind in the right place during an argument. I’ve also found that these last three can really help those who have lost a loved one.
*If there’s an oil you don’t like the smell of, it might be because the emotional aspect is something you need to heal on.
