Cooking with Essential Oils

I don’t know about you, but during this time of the year I’m cooking and baking like crazy! Did you know you can add essential oils to your cooking to make it extra special? A lot of the following Pure Essential Oils you can add to soups, potatoes, sauces, etc. Other oils can be added to cookie batter before baking them in the oven, frosting, salad dressings, chocolate, smoothies, mixed drinks, etc.

Lemon, Peppermint, and Lime are all great options to use in your baking dishes. You can even put some Peppermint into your coffee for the winter season. OnGuard with sliced apples for a nice fall flavor. Any of the citrus oils are great for spring themed dishes too. *Oils are so potent that you don’t even need a full drop most of the time. Dip a toothpick in the oil and just swirl it into what you are making.
